About Us

DevSA Project Management & Contracting Services consists of a consortium of companies and professionals with a combined 28 years of experience in the field of project planning, implementation and management. The consortium comprises of SMME’s which are all 100% BEE compliant, and are all located in the heart of Cape Town, with a recently opened satellite office in Port Elizabeth.

In line with National Government’s Reconstruction and Development (RDP) Program, the policy of DevSA Contracting Services is to empower members of previously disadvantaged and marginalised communities- focussing on youth development- and our employees are procured in the main from townships and historically disadvantaged communities.

The companies within the consortium emerged out of the Urban Renewal Process and have participated in several urban renewal projects in the Mitchell’s Plain area as an emerging BEE subcontractor. The collective experience within the consortium has enabled it to grow into an independent entity with a wide range of expertise and competencies, encompassing activities such as: building and other construction related activities, strategic planning, project management, feasibility studies, financial planning, risk management, human resource management, surveys and environmental impact assessment.
