Yusuf Saleh Mohamed – Director & CEO

Coming from a background of 15 years in retail, Mr. Mohamed has brought to DevSA a wealth of business knowledge, middle to senior management experience as well as an array of technical skills, particularly in the field of human resource management. He is said to have a way with people that inspires them to excel. Mr. Mohamed directs DevSA’s implementation of National Government’s EPWP social responsibility projects countrywide, and ensures that policy and statutory requirements of these projects are adhered to. His responsibilities include the drafting of Comprehensive Business Plans, Project Implementation Plans and Budgets, as well as to facilitate coordination of functions of all project stakeholders. He therefore has experience in dealing with government at National, Provincial and Municipal levels.

 

Yacoub Abrahams

A co-founder of DevSA Mr Abrahams has accomplished much for his young age. He obtained his diploma in business administration from the Cape Town Universityof Technology . He is also a qualified project manager with extensive experience in construction management, property management and commercial and residential developments. A trustee of numerous NGOs, Mr. Abrahams also works very closely with various departments within Government. A principled, well-respected individual within the community he operates in.

 

Goolam Tambe

Mr Tambe joined DevSA in 2011 after a 5 year career as an Internal Auditor at RAFT Business Advisory Services.  He has an IT background specialising in deriving business benefits from IT. He also has a background in business process engineering. To date he has been involved in both internal and IT Audits as well as policy & procedure manual design. His experience at RAFT included the auditing of outsourced government projects sanctioned by SANBI and DEAT. He is therefore familiar with the audit requirements and the operations of all the projects will be aligned to those requirements.

With this experience Mr Tambe intends to provide a quality service as the Operations Manager at DevSA. He also advises on the regulatory and statutory requirements of the projects implemented.
